Do you ever get so overwhelmed by your emotions that the only way they can come out is through your eyeballs? Yeah. That’s me today. Actually, that’s been me the past two days. I try not to get stressed out, but sometimes life has a way of totally freaking you out. I think this was a perfect week to start my cleanse. I’ve heard that after the first two days of hell, you experience a mental clarity like no other. Please let that be true!
