This picture really makes me miss my summer highlights. But something about wearing golden highlights in the Winter just seems weird. My hair is super dark right now (basically black) and it doesn’t feel like me at all, so I definitely want to lighten it up. With my skin color I need to stick with warm tones, but since I’m a newbie to hair color, I don’t really know what works in the Winter. Anyone have any ideas? I’m not getting it done until next week so I’m completely open to suggestions. Here’s what I’m loving so far…

I like Mila’s the best… just enough color to give some good dimension, but not so much that it’s distracting.
