Man oh man, this was a long week. Between school stuff (applications, financial aid, endorsement classes, blah blah blah), applying for part-time teaching jobs (got an interview with Loudoun County! Wish we luck!), working full time, and attempting to have a life, I am completely pooped. So you’d think I would spend my weekend doing this right?

Oh no. We don’t relax in this family! Tonight, we’re having a family watch party for my brother’s second preseason game. And no, the picture below is not completely random. This is an example of the kinds of things that happen to rookies during training camp. Apparently they didn’t know my brother was a huge Power Rangers fan as a kid and probably loved every minute of wearing that costume. The pose says it all.

Saturday will be spent at the National Harbor with Sudan and his family at a crab festival. If you know me at all, you know that I’m counting down the minutes until that little outing. It’ll be really great to spend time with his family too. Poor guy is stuck with the Greens all the time! And Sunday, Sudan is going to start moving into a new place. My arms are getting sore just thinking about that one!
